Areas of my carpet needed very special attention. He just ran the machine over the whole room, called it done. I have since spent 3 day and 2 cans of oxi clean carpet cleaner and some zep and looks much better. Everything right from the beginning phone call to schedule was seamless. I needed my living room and stairs carpet cleaned. Calling late afternoon on a Thursday and receiving a Friday morning (next day) appointment!!! The technician was prompt, professional and kind!
