Troy Selph from Broken Arrow Oklahoma has uncovered that Oxifresh management lacks integrity after refusing to take responsibility for causing damage to our newly resurfaced hard wood floors. After cleaning upholstery on our dining room chairs with our chairs outside on our patio where their employee took them, he got the legs of the chairs and bottom protective pads wet during the process and took them back in the house and set them back on wood floors. Over night the wet chair protective pads were still wet and when we moved the chairs in the morning there were perfect dark circles on our newly resurfaced wood floors that mirror the exact shape of the chair feet. Oxifresh management of Tulsa county is refusing to take responsibility for their employees actions while working at our property at 4100 S Nogal Ave in Broken Arrow on February 29, 2024. We will ensure that Oxifresh of Tulsa Oklahoma will never have the opportunity again to cause damage to one of their customer’s property while on the job cleaning again. Damage to wood floors OxiFresh Cleaning Service of Tulsa County Damaged Our beautiful wood floors! After their employee cleaned dining chairs upholstery, protective pads on bottom feet of chairs were wet and were placed back on floor by their employee before the pads had time to dry. It is quite common to have protective pads under furniture on high quality wood floors and cleaning companies know this; their employee made an honest mistake. So what is the next right step by any Company with integrity? File a claim; that is why we all have insurance. The actions of their employee caused the damage and somehow management is under the allusion that they are not responsible because their cleaning solution couldn’t have caused it. That may or may not be true; that is irrelevant here; what is relevant is that their employees actions at our property while acting on behalf of Oxifresh did directly cause the damage weather intentional or not is also irrelevant as far as contract business law or insurance is concerned. We are quite clear that Oxifresh is one hundred percent responsible for the damage that occurred to our newly resurfaced wood floors at the hand of their employee while servicing our furniture in our home. Take a look at the photos we have included; we had these wood floors resurfaced just two weeks ago. Their employee Michael is so far the only person with integrity and accepted full responsibility and apologized. Thank you Michael for taking responsibility. Why doesn’t management take responsibility and file an insurance claim to do what is necessary to bring our wood floors back to their pristine condition they were in before Oxifresh cleaned at our property at 4100 S Nogal Ave, Broken Arrow Oxifresh management in Tulsa County is refusing to take responsibility for the damage that was caused as a direct result of their employees actions in our home. We are committed in ensuring Oxifresh will not only take responsibility for the damage they caused on our wood floors but are committed in ensuring that they do in the future.
