This was the 2nd time I used this company and after the 1st time, I wasn't sure I would continue to use them. But decided to give them another try and I'm so glad I did. The difference this time was the technician, Kenneth. He did an absolutely fabulous job!! He listened to everything I said, honored my requests and went above and beyond to make this a great experience. The carpet looks great and I will be requesting Kenneth as my tech again! I hope he is able to see this review and maybe get a raise :-)
