Your employee was very nice, professional and did a great job. My only complaint is the carpet in hallway and steps dried hard to walk on. I am hoping by sweeping it a couple of times it will soften up. Otherwise pleased again with how clean for the second time.

I really liked the cleaner, and the results on the carpet were very good.
I do think some damage occurred to one of our pillars in the basement. It has a gouge we have never seen before at about the same height as the handle of the cleaning device. There was also a paint chip at the base of the pillar. Please call to discuss. 614-554-8170
