Our Cleaning Process
Oxi Fresh uses a five-step process that we’ve developed over years of experience. You can rest assured that this process means we don’t miss anything when we come to clean for you.
Step 1
We begin by inspecting the floor, finding out where dirt and grime are accumulating. If we find any damage, we’ll take note of it and let you know.
Step 2
Vacuuming the hardwood is done to remove debris because the weight of our cleaning machine could make debris abrasive and scratch the wood during the cleaning process. We don’t allow that to happen.
Step 3
The OF2000 is now used, which is our amazing floor-cleaning machine, to apply a pretreatment solution to the entire floor. This enzyme-powered solution is excellent at breaking down grime.
Step 4
The OF2000 continues to work, now applying our core cleaning solution. Once this is done, the agitations of the OF2000 will help to accelerate the cleaning process and your floor is left spotless.
Step 5 (Optional)
This last step is optional, but we recommend it. Once cleaning is over, we can apply Oxi Floor Refinisher. This semi-glossy, temporary urethane coating protects the floor against further buildup.
