There are 2 large dark spots on the carpets in each room that weren’t there prior to cleaning and a crusty film - perhaps cleaning solution dried - on the carpets.
We have contacted Oxi-fresh and the technician has left a message and I have left a message for him back.
Hoping this will be resolved and the area that appeared after the cleaning will be taken care of promptly.
We have used Oxi-fresh before and recommended them but would be hesitant again to recommend.
Our technician was great and appreciate his time, however these stains and film need to be resolved.

I wasn’t told until the service guy arrived that the process doesn’t work on wool rugs. When I made the appointment, I told the person who did the scheduling that I have oriental wool throw rugs.. service guygot here and really wasn’t able to clean them with your process. I just went over them again today with my own small carpet cleaner and pulled up a ton of dog hair. Maybe your process does work on wall-to-wall carpeting, but it didn’t work for me and really was a waste. Should’ve been told that when I called to schedule.

Overall satisfied, but grout cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. Needed some touch up in a few places. I don't think it was evident until it was completely dry, so wouldn't have been noticeable by the technician.
