Hey, I would like an estimate for a split level home. I only need the carpet in the family room, which is only half carpet, a small bedroom that is attached to it and 2 , five step stairs ?? can u help me?? also just wondering if you clean tile and grout as well ??

My first appointment was cancelled close to the time of the appointment. By the time we received the call, we had already moved furniture and items out of the way and prepared for the appointment which took us a couple of hours but at least we did receive a call. We were told the technician was ill and asked if we'd like to reschedule. We rescheduled. This time no one showed up and we did not receive any phone calls. When it was 45 minutes after the appointment time, we called OxiFresh. I was put on hold while the person who answered the phone called both the technician and the owner. Neither responded to her call. I was told someone would get back to me. Well, it's the next day and no one ever got back to me. I am taking my business elsewhere - and hope this 0 star review gets published.
