I had concerns that they couldn’t at least get the traffic areas cleaned, since the carpet is 30 years old, but the technician was honest and told me that he probably wouldn’t be able to make the carpet look perfectly clean, but thought he could improve it greatly. Was not happy with service. Upsold 3 times when agent arrived. After service could hardly tell couch was cleaned at all. Called back and they ordered a redo. When agent arrived again they tried to upsell me again telling me I should have bought the better service. What does $250 get you ? No redo performed and no call from owner as promised. I had looked forward to having my carpets cleaned and deodorized in addition to having my living room furniture cleaned. The work was lackluster at best. The carpets smell after having them “cleaned, deodorized, and protected”, with no additional care given to my concern areas that I had pointed out. My furniture cushions were cleaned on one side only for the majority, and after cleaning my largest couch and setting cushions to dry, I found out when arranging the furniture back that the tech had set a cushion on blue candy that was stuck to the couch. Not only was the couch only partially cleaned but I had to then shampoo the cushion because the wet candy left on the couch had bled blue onto the wet “clean” cushion. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the price was absolutely astronomical. As a single mother with 2 kids I am tearfully enraged as now I have to have another company come and actually clean my carpets and couch again. I will never use this company again.
