Called ahead of his arrival just as we were removing the last pieces of furniture from the carpet. Arrived on time and was fast at work after surveying the areas needing the most attention and pretreated them. Mike was personable and spoke with us about his other interests. He noticed some other areas that needed attention and took care of them. He left after using his fan and our ceiling fans. We left so the carpets could completely dry. Looking forward to seeing the finished product that always nicely finished. Very glad we have Mike as a very reliable service provider.

The carpets dry faster. There are no hoses dragged through house on a horribly rainy day. The carpets looked great and the stains were eliminated.
