I very much appreciate the cleaning of the carpets without any toxins. The employee was kind, professional and did his best to free our carpets even from very old stains. Not all could be removed, but I would definitely give him an A+ for effort! SV. - , NJ - 08/06/2023

Greg (service technician) and Craig (franchise owner) were highly unprofessional! The technician texted me to confirm the service 30 minutes before the appointment and then proceeded to say he would be 30 minutes late. His being late affected my morning duties at work so I asked for the owner's information to discuss what could be done about the price. Greg refused and said the owner did not want to speak to me. After I left him to clean the carpets in my empty apartment I received no communication about when the job was done and or when he had left the apartment. I went over mid-day to investigate. The carpets were not clean! The area rug still had pet hair/odor and did not look or smell fresh. The bedroom carpet still had furniture indents and was not fresh or damp to the touch either. When I called Greg he proceed to lie and say the job went well etc etc and he didn't contact me when finished because I seemed busy. He proceeded to raise his voice and go back and forth with me over the phone after I expressed I was unhappy with the job and that he shouldn't make assumptions. At that point, I refused to pay flat out. I don't know what type of business doesn't have procedures in place about how and when a technician should communicate with a customer and conduct themselves. Or one whose owner refuses to speak with a customer that has a concern. They are shady, unprofessional, and do not value customer service. When I called OxiFresh corporation they escalated my concern to the owner and said I would hear from him. I didn't hear anything but got an email canceling the past appointment. Never in my life have I encountered such terrible service and the fact that Greg tried to have me pay for a service that he didn't perform is insane. If you are in the central NJ area go with another carpet cleaning service. TB. - Princeton, NJ - 05/30/2023
