Our appointment was for 1:30pm. The company and the driver never communicated with us. When we called at 2:30, we were told driver is on the way. We called the driver about ETA we were told it would take another couple of hours. The driver finally showed up at 4:15 for 1:30 appointment. Very very disappointed in the company.
