Well my appointment was for 10 am and the technician didn’t get to my house till 11:30. He didn’t want to move the two couches and didn’t even ask me to move them. There was a small box on the floor didn’t even ask me to move it just cleaned around the box, I had to ask him to go over the rug again and I moved the furniture after he said he was done, very poor service and very expensive in my opinion. I would never use them again!

Came right on time , price quoted was the price paid. Mike our sales rep was very professional and did not leave a mess. Our house smells so good and the carpets look new! I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Craig did an excellent job in cleaning all carpets of my house. Even though there was some price discrepancy from booking, he handled it very well and gave us good price. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and will use his services again for sure!
