My carpets are STILL wet and it's been 27 hrs since your cleaners left. They saturated my carpets and it didn't look like any prespotting was done. In addition to spots all over the carpet, there were areas that didn't look like they had been cleaned at all.

First of all the rug did not come clean on the first attempt, on the second attempt which was 4 days later I was told they were going to use a different cleaning solution. The result of that cleaning was not good, the rug is now damaged / stained. You advertise that the rug will dry in about 1 hour, however the second attempt was on Wednesday afternoon , it is now Friday afternoon and it is still wet, 48 hours later and I still have the carpet raised off the floor with fans on it to at least get it dry enough to walk on.
The owner of the franchise, Edwin, told me the carpet was not a good fit for his company!!!!
What does that even mean?? The carpet is a normal burber material.
I now have to deal with his insurance company.

The owner of this franchise location, Ed, took a bad situation and turned it into a fantastic experience.
The tech scheduled to clean my caroets and sofas reached out 3 hours before my appointment to reschedule for another day, as he was sick. We all get sick and things happen, but I had taken off work to be home for this appointment. There was not another day I could be home and we were entering the holiday season--i had some stains and things that I really wanted to take care of before we started hosting overnight guests and parties. I was pretty upset.
Ed called me and offered to come that night after regular hours to do the job. He also offered a discount for the service (I refused--it was the right thing for him to offer, but he was already coming after hours, so I would not have felt good about that). He came to our home and was so professional, kind and pleasant. The quality of the work was incredible.
I am a business owner, as well. Things happen sometimes that are out of our hands. Great business owners take those bad situations and turn them into "hero moments". I went from an angry, disappointed customer to a raving fan. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this company again.
