The machine used was dirtier than my carpet. It turned my blue and white carpet brown.

The carpet does look cleaner. But the only areas that were wet were the extra soiled areas that he had to spray a little extra cleaning solution on. Most of the carpet felt dry before he even left. He was a little stingy with the cleaning solution on most of the carpet. It looks cleaner, but does not feel cleaner because it was not even a little wet on most of the carpeting which makes me think not enough solution was used.

Our technician, Greg, was professional, prompt and thorough. My carpets look great. He was not rattled by my barky dog.
He mentioned that he also cleans tile floors and I will definitely treat myself soon and clean the tile in my kitchen.
Good value and pleasant experience.

I have had this carpet cleaned before. It was a more deep cleaning and looked very clean. Not just shampooed, there was no oxi fresh smell.
