I was very pleased with the service and results of my recent carpet cleaning.
My rug has several areas that are high traffic areas that were dark and looked matted,
after cleaning they look just like the other parts of my rug. I would use then again for my
next cleaning. I used Stanley Steamer previously & was not satisfied as the rug was very wet
in the high traffic areas and the difference was minimal when it finally dried.
