Brian provided professional and courteous service. I am disappointed by the results and cost.
- when I did the estimate online it said you did hardwood floors, so I thought that price included the hardwood and area rugs. I also thought you would have 2 people so they could move the furniture on the rugs. You did not so as a single 60 year old woman I had to move my sofas and tables.
I had 3 large area rugs 8x10 is and one small 4x6 and stairs. One rug was covered by a king bed so only a small part was cleaned. The price was reduce by about $50.
The living room rug was the only one with visible wear (color not worn fabric) and a stain. Neither of those came out or even had a noticeable before /after. I have portable light weight Bissel, I will use that and save myself $430. Not worth the price
