The service is fast and efficient. The carpets dry pretty quickly. The rates are good. We have never had any complaints.

Robin of OxiFresh, Howell, Nj did an excellent job. He went the extra mile to remove tough stains including grease, extreme foot traffic dirt, and food stuff which had been engrained in the carpets.
Robin was courteous, professional and even early for the appoinment. He arrived wearing and remained with PPE/mask the entire time which is so important during CoVid 19 pandemic. Email confirmations w the pricing, requested service and appmt time was updated though we changed our reservation and cleaning needs. I would HIGHLY recommend their services and give the highest rating in terms of service, pricing and ease of working with them.
