The employee was very nice. Unfortunately, his shampooing job left a lot to be desired. I asked him to clean my stairs and then pointed out a stain on one of the stairs specifically. He only cleaned that one spot. All of the stairs were dirty and needed to be cleaned so I don't understand why he would do just one of them. Also, he didn't clean where the carpets meet the vinyl in the kitchen and the bathroom. Again, there was a huge stain I pointed out to him right there and he didn't even attempt to get it. When he was leaving he made sure to tell me what he did get, but didn't comment on spots he couldn't get. My only conclusion is that he went too fast or forgot the areas that needed to be done. It's pretty upsetting considering this cost over $300!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my daughter. Needless to say, it wasn't the best birthday gift.
