I asked the person who scheduled my appointment to send Miles. She said he wasn't available, so I wondered if Jimmy was available. He had done the same work for me before, so I asked her to assign him to do the job. She informed me that Jimmy would come and do the job.
When Jimmy arrived, I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. I told him to do the Master bedroom because he had done it before.
When I returned home, I asked my wife how everything went with the rug cleaning. She said it was not too good, so I wondered why. She said Jimmy didn't come into the house at all. He acted like he was in training. He entered the sunroom like he was preparing to do the rug. My wife had to direct him to the master bedroom.
After he left, my wife said the smell of chemicals was horrific and that he used too many. Plus, the rug was wetter than usual when Miles did it. It was seven o'clock before the carpet was dry enough to walk on. Usually, it takes a couple of hours at the most to be completely dry. Jimmy never came into the house once to check his work.

The service you offer is prompt, efficient and the end result is fantastic. My carpets look like new and my tiled floors are scrubbed squeaky clean. Jimmie was very conscious of achieving a good end result and he did indeed do so.

The local staff is friendly and professional, arrive on time and listen and communicate clearly. I only use Oxi Fresh for my carpet cleaning, and they always deliver. MIles was our technician and he treated all our spots, worked with us on moving a few things out of the way and did a fantastic job!
I highly recommend Oxi Fresh of Wilmington Carpet Cleaning!
