I loved that Wade called earlier than appointment time to see if he could arrive earlier than scheduled. He assessed my 2 area rugs to make sure they could be done. Exceptional Professionals! Kept pledge that if not fully satisfied they would return free of charge. Pledge kept but more importantly was their attitude of truly wanting a satisfied customer!
