Very polite and professional. Arrived on time and was very honest about the cleaning. Reasonably priced. Rugs and carpets looked good and were dry in a couple to 3 hours.

Someone called and wanted to cancel about an hour before the appointment. If I had not been so adamant it would’ve been cancelled. They did find someone to come out. He did a good job. I just don’t think your product works on pet stains very well. There were some places that were stained by pet urine around where my dresser had been sitting. I went over it with some vinegar and water and got it up myself. The steps and landings did come clean, and I was pleased with that.
