Carpet cleaning could be better and thorough for the price point. 500 bucks for 1 hour worth of work is a bit much.

Smell didn’t come completely out of the carpet even with the odor treatment added but the tech that came was Fantastic and super nice.

Original had a small issue - owner took care of it right away. He really does care.

The process used proved superior to traditional steam cleaning. The technicians (Luke and Jason) were able to restore areas that had been left with yellow streaks by traditional cleaning. The phone contact and technicians were polite and knowledgeable. Also am very pleased that the company does not require minimum of two or more rooms. Fantastic experience!

Your machine flattened the pile on the carpet and left large patterns light to dark on carpet . Pet stains did not come out . Your workers were very polite and engaging . I won't be using your services again .
