I had my living room carpet cleaned and they still have the stains on them. I typically clean my own carpet with my rainbow vacuum and carpet cleaner but I didn't want the hassle of having to do it so I had you guys come out and it was terrible. The carpets were in the worse condition then before I had the service done. They took more than 24 hours to dry and they were left still with stains and very wet and sticky. I had to re-clean my carpets to get the stains and the sticky feeling off my carpet. I tried to reach out via email to request a refund and to send pictures but I have received no response 10 out of 10 I DO NOT recommend.

This company is very professional. The young lady arrived early, she take her time to explain everything to me. She worked very quiet and left the carpets extremely clean. Very happy with the results.
