We had our appointment at 11am got a text at 10.30 that our cleaner was going a bit later.
We had not heard anything anymore and called at 1.20 to the office to get an update and got a text she was on the way.
She ended up arriving around 2.50pm.

I would like a refund. The technician that came out was extremely friendly. However the results were not good. The carpets are still very dirty. I was was very disappointed. Please call me. I have video footage of the carpets.
