The tech seemed very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the cleaning process to me. He helped me decide what was best to do for my problem areas. I also liked the more environmentally friendly cleaning method. Carpet looks great!

I had an appointment for 10:30 on Monday. Friday the technician called and asked if he could do it on Friday afternoon instead but could not give a definite time, so it was agreed that it would be done on the originally scheduled time. On Monday the technician called at 10:40 to say he was stuck in Florida and that he would try to be here by 2:00. I left work to be home by 10:30, I could not leave work again for an I will try to be there. I cancelled the appointment.
