I don’t remember his name, but the guy who took care of my couch was AMAZING! He was kind, professional, caring and attentive. He cleaned my couch in what felt like a blink of an eye! After having this couch for a couple of years, I wasn’t expecting a hand full of stains to come out, but the guy was able to make my couch look brand new like the day I bought it! I had called and discussed my need for an 8x10 area rug to be "cleaned" due to pet urine. The lady I spoke to was nice, but I think something got lost in the translation, as when the service provider, Mitchell, arrived ( he was very nice ) the "cleaning" only took less than 10 min. I was understanding that it would take 45 min, as per my initial phone call. As we talked, it was discovered that his docket was for a lesser service than what I thought I had booked for. I remember the chat with the receptionist and telling her that the urine soaked through to the back, but there were no stains yet. I didn't request just a deodorizing, but asked for it to be "cleaned". My assumption of "cleaned", sounded like what you guys call "extracted". To me that should be a given. I recall the lady quoting me approx $135 and 45 min of work. So the final result was $106 and 10 min of work. Mitchell explained that the "extraction" was $35 per spot. There were more than one spot, and I obviously cant remember exactly where each one was, which is why I requested my carpet to be "cleaned". Mitchell felt bad about the miscommunication and said I could call him if I still smelled the odor after the carpet dried. It took a couple days for the rug to dry and yes I could still smell the odor. So, I'm not sure what to think at this point. The people I spoke with were all very nice and Mitchell did a good job of what was listed on his docket, but I just didnt receive the service that I was understanding I was to receive.
