Abdul was very professional and also had a pleasant personality. He was knowledgeable and informative. He did not PUSH other services but made recommendations. Our carpets were worn in traffic areas only, and we are pleased with how the dirty, trampled parts look after they were cleaned. We will request Abdul when we have other rooms cleaned.
