How We Clean Tile and Grout
Our cleaning service is second to none. Here’s an overview of what you can expect when you book our St. Charles tile and grout cleaning.
Step 1
First, we’ll begin by examining the tile and grout that you want us to clean. We want to locate any areas that might be damaged or have heavy soiling. Once we are done, we’ll share our findings with you.
Step 2
Next, we will pre-clean by vacuuming the tile and grout. We want to remove any debris on the surface that could act as an abrasive and damage the tile during the treatment process.
Step 3
We’ll then apply our Oxi Stone Cleaner onto the tile. This product works to break down dirt and oils clinging to the surface of the tile and grout.
Step 4
Next, we’ll use our cleaning machine to thoroughly agitate the tile and grout, thus breaking down tougher deposits of grime.
Step 5
We’ll then rinse and extract the tile, leaving it tip-top shape. Now, if we find any grout that has heavy staining, we’ll then use our Oxi Restore solution. This product is specifically designed to remove the toughest grout stains.
Step 6 (Optional)
Once we’re done, you’ll have the option to select an additional protective service – the grout protectant. This product is able to help shield the porous material of the grout from accumulating new spots and stains. This is a great way to protect the investment you’ve put into your floor by hiring a professional cleaner.
