Oxi-Fresh took 3 3/4 hours to clean my five small rooms. The maximum was supposed to be two hours. The time on the receipt didn't show that John W. came around 11:00 a.m. and left 2:45 p.m. The machine broke so don't know what was left undone if anything. On the receipt he didn't fill in the services completed. I wanted five rooms, one stairs, one hall, one landing, one loveseat, one couch, six pillows and six kitchen chairs which had like a carpet seating and back rest on them. It was okay that he said that he couldn't clean the furniture or pillows because of the letters on the tags which was fine. He should have annotated what was done. He did lower the price. Thanks.
