When I scheduled the appointment 3 weeks in advance I was given an arrival time of 8 am for the employee to be here. At 8:10 the day of service am I called the number to ask where they were and after a hold the person who answered said the person coming to my house would call me, which he promptly did. I was told he would not arrive until 9:30 and he was (apparently) not aware he was scheduled to be here at 8am. The tile was cleaned but the grout did not get cleaned well and was sealed. Now it's sealed and still dirty. The carpet does look nice.

Always clean and they don’t put a lot of water on the floor. The owner yard awesome and when they first started in kc they cleaned my carpets and the care to every room was amazing
