The gentleman who responded was very courteous and informative. He took extra care in the moving of furniture and asked permission to move them prior. You should be proud to have him represent your company , he was very professional.

The machine was like a vacuum and did not clean up debris or edges along by the wall of because of the bulky metal piece isn’t meant to clean stairs or up to the wall area. I was told to vacuum the dust wet balls the machine formed in different areas of my basement and use my own vacuum cleaner to clean around the walls and your bulky machine couldn’t fit between wall cabinet or toilet in the bathroom. It was like he just sprayed to make it smell better. You need to have better cleaning equipment. I’ve had a company called best carpet before years ago and their equipment did a great job and it wasn’t bulky piece of metal. They don’t do my area anymore. Their equipment was able to get to the wall’s along it. It’s not the worker it’s what you supply him with a crappy metal machine. Was not satisfied.
