I've another well-known companies for years, but never felt that the cleaning did much good. I finally gave in that a few spots would always look that way. For the first time I used Oxi Fresh of Ballwin and the difference is amazing. The spots are not noticeable and the carpet looks new. Kellen, the Oxi Fresh technician, did a great job. Will use again. Kellen was very helpful and courteous and did what I considered to be a good job. There is one area that I had hoped to clean up better. It was dirty but the clean up was spotty. That said, I would be happy having Kellen back. Quick drying time is a definite plus. BB. - Ballwin, MO - 04/10/2024

Grout is not clean. We are cleaning it ourselves and making it look great. Very disappointed in the grout cleaning. Technicians worked hard and tile is clean, but after over $1000 now at age 65 on hands and knees doing grout ourselves. PB. - Wildwood, MO - 04/04/2024
