The service tech did an amazing job and was very personable. They did an excellent job cleaning the entire carpeting. Very satisfied with the results. Prior companies couldn't compare.. I was pleased with how clean the pathways also came.

I like how my carpet looks so much better after it’s done and how it smells fresher and dries quicker than steam cleaning. Also Abdul, my technician,was very thorough and Was extra careful on the stained areas.

Other than the rugs not coming clean (no stains, just wear n tear) the dog smell is still on all of the rugs and now that they’ve dried the look exactly the same as the pics I took before they were cleaned. The price is fair, the people were nice, but the service was not provided
