Cory was very good at communicating when he would arrive, explaining the process, quick and efficient. Carpets look great.

There were a few spots that came back and I called Cory to let him know, because he told me I should call him if any stains returned. I have not heard back from him. We need someone to come back out and try to fix the problem.
