Aaron who came to clean our carpets was great. Unfortunately he was completely set up for failure. We had our cleaning scheduled for our new house at 3pm before we moved in so that there would be no furniture in the way of the cleaning. Aaron called to check in before our appointment and let us know he was coming from Rochester, an hour away. At the time he said he was finishing a job and would be to our home on time. Later he informed us that he would be late. He arrived 1.5 hours late which completely complicated our move in process as we couldn’t set up beds or any furniture until the carpets had been cleaned and started drying. He apologized for being late, got right to work and did a great job in a short amount of time. Whom ever decided it was a good idea to schedule our cleaning after the one in Rochester set us up for failure. There should been more time between our appointments to allow for travel and traffic. In the end, the service that was provided by Aaron was stellar, he was a thorough and responsible young man. We were just very disappointed by the tardiness and the reason for it. After calling around to multiple cleaners found that Oxi-Fresh was Very painless and easy to schedule over the phone, was able to answer all questions with no hassle. Able to make appmt a week earlier then competitors. Service was great with Tech, was clean and professional and most importantly respectful to Home and members of household.
