You were scheduled for 9:00 and I didn’t get notice until 10:00 that my appointment was rescheduled for 1:00, it messed up my day.
I told the guy at least 3 times that there was a lot of “stuff” between the cushion and arms of the love seat. He assured me he got it. When I got home last night I put my hand between the cushions and it was still full of food scraps.

Harrison was very professional. He arrived on time and explained his time frame.
The carpets in this rental are in really rough shape. The cleaning helped a lot.
The tenant had not vacuumed the carpet. I should have asked if that was something Ixi Fresh would do.
Cleaning product and brochure left outside even though I was there.
