Your technician worked really hard. I had a thick plush rug near my bed that he was not able to get clean. I guess just your technique doesn’t work on thicker rugs.

Yes i could tell carpets were cleaned.
Maybe it's because they weren't very dirty or color but was tough to see a difference.
I dont live there to see them every day so can't give a very accurate before and after.
Every time before this I've had my carpets cleaned they were first vaccumed by the service then scrubbed and extracted.
I think the fact that nothing was actually removed and taken with is what confuses me a little.
Also just smelled like wet carpet or wet dog and she didn't have a dog.
If there were a clean smell when they were done that would be better.
There were also a few things that I thought the tech would move that didn't get done.
I need to be very clear the tech was very nice and overall I think he did a good job.
I think it was more so the process and scent when done.
It was great meeting you and if ya wanna throw me a deal down the road that would be awesome.
We will be doing our actual home down road at some point soon hopfully.
Also do you do any apolstery like couches and loveseats?
That could be a option as well.
