It was a whole new experience for me! The man brought his equipment into my living room explained that he had to much coffee and he couldn’t wait for his day off tomorrow. Then after signing the agreement to clean my room he announced that his equipment was broken. The second time he broke one today. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing! I said if it was broken why did he bring it in. He shrugged and asked if he could come back Monday, it was Thursday. I explained I wouldn’t be here Monday, he said he would come back tomorrow around 3:30 after he left my home I called and canceled. Please check on him and make sure he’s okay!!! I think Zach missed some areas of the carpet. He said the areas would lighten and I should vacuum the area. I vacuumed and it's been 24 hours, but I don't see any improvement. He only cleaned stairs, hallway and bedroom for about 30 minutes. EB. - Saint Paul, MN - 05/16/2024

I had carpet service completed on April 3rd and I have been asking for a receipt of the service and I keep getting an excuse that the owner needs to log it in as complete first before they can issue me a receipt. I paid for it, it posted to my account, and I need the receipt to show tenant. It’s April 15th and I still haven’t gotten a receipt, therefore I cannot recommend you.
