Hi Mike, I enjoyed having you clean the carpets. They look very good and we are satisfied with the job done. I will say I only gave an 8 as a rating because of the following reason. The claim that the carpets dry in an hour isn't accurate. It took a solid five hours before the carpet was dried and that was with the internal fans running from the moment after you left my house. It was still far shorter than a full day with the standard carpet cleaning process but substantially longer than you claim online and claimed in person.
