Very disappointed on the service and the service wasn’t up to par I was told something at booking and the the story was completely different and let’s not talk about the mean costumer service that I had to encounter the lady on the phone was so disrespectful like I was saying something bad to her just for trying to al’s why my carpet looked exactly the same. I was expecting to see your machine extract the dirt. Your technician did a good job, he gave 110% My carpet took 3.5 days to dry, the carpet had chemical resides that got on my feet & made it slippery when I got into the shower. I feel that your system smeared the dirt around, not extracting the dirt. If I knew how your system worked, I wouldn't have scheduled with your company, I like the vacuuming dirt extracting removal method. This next week I am going to have another company that redo my carpet that will vacuum the moisture out & dirt out. Your technician was very thorough, I didn't feel that he did a poor job, I felt the cleaning system wasn't even close to doing the job your company sells.
