Wow! I was flabbergasted. My carpets look brand new.
My appt was for Thursday and when Mike showed up he saw that I was behind on my move out. So, he very generously offered to come back on Saturrday morning. He arrived as scheduled on Saturday and explained the whole process and concept of Oxi Fresh to me. It's a pretty amazing process.! Mike then went to work and made my carpets look brand new.
I WILL NEVER AGAIIN USE ANYBODY BUT OXI FRESH AND MIKE. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Quite the brand ambassador.

Mike Alcott has, for many years, serviced our house and gets 5 stars for doing an excellent job. We like the products, appreciate that they're eco and pet-friendly, and they work incredibly well.

I thought Mike did a great job. Re did the quote to accommodate actual room size. Got out stains. Some places don't do 2nd floor condos. I appreciate you guys do.
