Your cleaning service pulled up stains from deep in the carpet. But you didn’t have any way to try and remove them. So you caused more issues than you resolved. The agent that was cleaning my carpeting said that stains required another solution. But he didn’t have that solution with him. It required a different application. So I felt that the whole experience wasn’t worth the time or money since it left my carpeting more stained than cleaned.
