I was extremely happy with Oxi Fresh when they cleaned my carpet! I was nervous to have it cleaned and wanted to cancel but Mike called and answered all my questions and calmed all my fears! The carpet was 10 years old and never been cleaned but now looks much better and in better condition!! Mike was awesome!! His assistant was great too!! I will have them back and refer people to Oxi Fresh especially Mike!

Cleaning service was better than expected because the carpet was embarrassingly soiled and old.
Workers were efficient pleasant to work with.

No edge cleaning at all. Dusts are in the floor after cleaning. Stains still stay.
