Very prompt communication and service. There was minimal amount of equipment brought into my house. Dried in an hour or two. Looks great!

Great job! Super friendly and very professional. Jamal was wonderful with my mom. He took the time to listen and converse with her. He kept her appraised of his arrival time, and did an excellent job on the basement carpet that had not been cleaned for years. I would absolutely recommend Oxi Fresh and Jamal to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned.

There are quite a few aspects of Oxi Fresh's products & services that MY Wife & I are thrilled about! I will start with the effectiveness of the cleaning process. The carpets were improved "incredibly"! There was a distinct difference in the before and after! Also, the freshness of the carpet is certainly a plus! The fast drying is also an amazing thing. WE are in the process of moving in, and had to wait for the carpet cleaning to be done for most of the areas of the residence prior to moving OUR items in. Because the drying is complete rapidly, rather than a day, or days, WE were able to get to the moving in very soon after the carpet was cleaned, which greatly helped US to make the move deadline from the previous residence.
Additionally, Jamal Belcher, which is the technician that completed the carpet cleaning for US, does a thorough job! He is polite, kind, considerate, and an ultimate professional! Not only that, because he learned WE needed to move in as soon as possible he even provided the service on his day off!
MY Wife & I are Very well pleased with the products and services provided by Oxi Fresh! WE are on the hook and are already recommending Oxi Fresh to others!

The carpets didn't smell good this time. The carpet should smell like it's just been cleaned, a fresh smell. I don't think you should have to pay extra for a deodorizer for your carpet to smell fresh it just had a really dingy smell to it.
