Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He did a same day request and worked really hard at getting out a difficult stain we had in the living room. Very pleasant to work with and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future. Thank you!

10/10. Wonderful experience, Very professional tech that paid attention to detail. Carpets look like new. He even got the pet stains and odor out of the carpet. We were very impressed and highly recommend this company for your cleaning needs. Carpets dried very quickly.

I came across Livonia Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning during my Google search for a company near me that uses greener, more Earth-friendly methods. I had not heard of Oxi Fresh but I read enough really good reviews to go ahead and make an appointment with Kevin Papke. My carpeting is pretty old, and last year we added a puppy to the mix, so I wasn’t sure if there was much that could be done. Kevin took a look, said he wasn’t a miracle worker (it was pretty bad) but he’d do the best he could. In about an hour and a half he had my combination living/dining room, and a front bedroom looking practically brand new! High traffic areas renewed, serious stains removed! And because he used so little water, we were able to put the furniture back and walk on the carpet right away…no days long drying time! This 30+ year old carpeting looks so good again that it elevates the entire look and feel of our living area. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result! I highly recommend Kevin Papke and the Oxi Fresh of Livonia Carpet Cleaning method!
