The large stain in the bedroom was gone when the tech left but once the carpet dried it came back. I feel like that was something I should have been told could be a possibility. Now I have a blurry stain in the carpet.

I liked knowing non- toxic cleaner was being used! Jamaal was incredibly polite and very prompt, helpful and accommodating. My carpeting looks so much better, much better than it has ever looked after a cleaning!
