Well, my carpet WAS terrible and he was actually on his knees scrubbing whatever it was I had on my carpet. He explained everything like what cleaning products to use on hard candy, and what it does to the carpet. I recently had my carpet cleaned by another company in Coloma and they didn’t do as good of job as you guys. I will NEVER call them again. It did not take day or two for my carpet to dry.
