I tried to get my father-in-law’s carpet cleaned. He is 94 and was just released from the hospital. We had everything to go at noon on Saturday. The gentleman who was scheduled to clean the carpet called army 11:23 to let me know that he was running behind and that her would be there after 1pm to 1:30ish. He called back at 1:45 to tell me that he had a flat and didn’t know when he could get there. I asked him to call his dispatcher and send someone else. He told me that it was just him and the dispatcher. I asked him to call the dispatcher and cancel my order. My father-in-law could not handle the delays and changes.
