The technician, Sean, was very thorough, efficient, and friendly. He also kept in contact to inform us of his arrival time. Also, the communication from the main office was great. The cleaning itself was quick and non disruptive to our daily routine, and the short drying time of the carpeting after the cleaning was a big plus.

Alim the technician was very to good and thorough about the carpet cleaning, he did have a issue with a high traffic area and did the best he could with the machine he had with him, he said they have a machine that does a deep cleaning that what that area needs, and said to contact the office to see if they can schedule for him to come back out to clean the high traffic area again, I have been sick all week with the the flu and haven't had to a chance to be all them, I in plan to do so. thanks John Parker
