Alex was ver professional and expedient in thoroughly cleaning my aging carpets. They came out so clean and refreshed that I’ve changed my mind about replacing them! Never going back to conventional carpet cleaning again.

Changed appointment time. Was 1 1/2 hours late for changed time and did not call that would be later than expected.
Left water spots on wood floor and laminated tile.
Machine not able to clean corners and edges.
They were very nice and moved lite furniture items so a tip was given.
