The heavy traffic areas were removed & the rest of the carpet was almost like new.The
technician explained both the cleaning & billing process with knowledge and professionalism. She was efficient , but did not take a long time to complete the job.
When I get another area carpet cleaned before the Xmas holidays, I will ask to have her to return to do the work.
